Unfriendly waitresses, poor service and long waiting times, but the cafe and cake was tasty

We were there yesterday afternoon. The café was well attended. The staff was attentive and friendly. The cake was delicious. We would love to come back.

Coffee was good, cake so far not bad, but did not arrive at the same time but about 30 minutes later. The ice cream was quite sweet and otherwise tasteless. The rear area inside does not invite you to linger. The staff apologized for the unsuccessful stop with chocolates.

What is the maximum penalty for a guest, dear employees? You deliver the coffee, that was okay, too, but the cake only when the coffee is finished. As if that wasn't enough, my cake didn't come at all. Sorry = nil! Any alternative? Unfortunately not.

The cake does not taste bad and the coffee is ok but the service is unacceptable. The service was absolutely cheeky, loud and annoyed. I felt very uncomfortable as a guest.

We went here in the early afternoon for a bite to eat. We had a tomato soup and a goulash soup and two salads, each with a baguette. Instead of the goulash soup came a chicken broth and the baguette were normal rolls. But that would all have been acceptable. The problem was the taste and the quality. The soups tasted like canned soups, fresh from the microwave, the salads were quite bland, e.g. B. with canned corn. The chicken breast strips were very dry. The quality of the food explains why the café right next to it was completely full and why there were many places available. We can't say anything about the quality of the cakes as we didn't have any. Visually, however, they were very promising. The service was quite nice, so at least two stars.

I can only recommend, everything delicious, the best of the best, I give 10 fingers ..

Cake is good the coffee too. The service is bad the service comes only if you responded otherwise waiters always come immediately and ask what you want.

A beautifully decorated place to stay and drink coffee. Especially the Mohrenkopf tastes here. Nice service but that's the way it has to be.
